The Linford is a standard meran wicket gate, constructed from P.A.R timber. The hanging stile is 115mm x 70mm and the shutting stile is 70mm x 70mm with a top rail which tapers from 120mm > 75mm at the shutting side.
The hanging stile has an attractive curve at the top, and a vertical brace and one angle brace set under the top rail. The horizontal rails are morticed into the stiles and the vertical braces fixed with stainless steel nuts and bolts. These gates are made in left or right hand, which needs to be specified.
These gates can be pressure treated natural or water based treatment can be requested, in golden or dark brown at no extra cost. We strongly recommend that these gates be painted with an oil based stain, see our price list
These gates can be requested in P.A.R. hardwood as the price list, and will require treatment by the customer, or we recommend Ronseal woodstain which we can apply one coat.
