Chain-Link Posts

Category:

When erecting a chain-link fence properly, it is important to use the right components.

You will need to start and finish with an end straining post, which requires a supporting strut, both to be set in concrete. Generally intermediate posts will be erected at intervals not exceeding 3.0Meters, which again are set in concrete.

At changes in direction, a corner straining post with two struts is usually used, or alternatively two end posts can be used, and concreted into the same hole. For long straight runs of chain-link, a two-way inter strainer should be used at intervals of 70 meters.
